Finnair Launches Flights to Nuremberg

Nuremberg becomes Finnair’s seventh destination in Germany whenflights are launched on May 2.
Nuremberg is at the centre of northern Bavaria. About five million people live in the area, about two million of which inhabit the Nuremberg, Furth and Erlanger industrial region. The biggest companies are in the IT and telecommunications, logistics and pharmaceuticals industries. Nuremberg is also a significant tourist destination, since the famous and historic cities of Bayreuth, Rothenburg, Coburg and Bamberg.


New Easyjet route for Edinburgh
The budget airline EasyJet is launching a new service linking Edinburgh with the German city of Dortmund.

The daily service, which will begin in May, is being supported by the Scottish Executive's Route Development Fund. Dortmund is a major centre for hi-tech companies and the route is expected to prove popular with business travellers as well as tourists.
